Girl

Last night I played "Would You Rather" with my staff. We got the scenarios out of a book.
One of the scenarios read,

Would you rather live in a world where women were completely equally treated, paid, etc.
or
live in a world where men had to experience the pain of child birth?

THAT'S A STUPID QUESTION WHY WOULD I WANT OTHERS TO SUFFER PAIN IF I COULD BE TREATED EQUALLY?

Next question.

Madonna kick

This weekend I took pictures of Melanie and Erin. I am digging on a good number of them.

In other news, I just watched GLEE and am totally on a Madonna kick now. GET INTO THE GROOVE! LIKE A LITTLE PRAYER!! I could go on.

Don't Give Me Pity, Just Give Me Respect

Why is being an RA difficult?
It isn't always difficult but it's not easy.
  • You are surrounded by freshmen; you're not a freshman.
  • You get woken up during naps/sleep to go unlock someone's door and the people who locked themselves out don't care about ruining your perfect slumber.
  • Someone puking in the bathroom suddenly is your responsibility.
  • There are people out in the halls who seem to be talking right into the cracks of your door so you can hear them perfectly at all times.
  • Having restroom-related problems from the campus food; using a public restroom every day of the school year.
  • Freshmen think you don't know it when they drinking vodka in their room; you don't have to spill it to be able to smell it out in the hall you ignoramus.
The other night these two girls, while in the bathroom stalls, were discussing who the one girl with mononucleosis should make out with that night in order to get them sick too. But they had a hard time thinking of a guy "she really hates."

I have to constantly play music in order to drown out conversations like those that happen on the daily. Here's an example:

Fallacies

There is an online magazine that is made available for the students of Cal Poly who reside in the residence halls called "Health101." As I was navigating through it, I read a part of the article titled "Sexual Health?"; I did not get very far. First of all, why the question mark in the title? Second, the article started out like this:

The recent extramarital affairs of Tiger Woods have brought the term "sex addict" into everyday conversation. While we may joke with our friends and say we're a
ddicted to sex, this topic does raise some important questions about what a healthy sexual relationship really is and if there's such a thing as too much sex or too little sex, for that matter.

I don't know about you but

1.) sex addict hasn't become a part of my daily conversation and

2.) my friends and I have never joked about being a sex addict.
